THE WORKFLOW
A customer inputs his VAT number in the creation account process of the Magento shop, then it will be validated via the VIES VAT Number Validation Site and, if valid, automatically assigned to the customer a group "B2B" that is designated in the administration panel. In case of non-validity the assignment takes place into the customer group "B2C".
If a customer decides to erase VAT number in dashboard, extension will be detected this event and customer will be converted from B2B to B2C.
