To proceed with the optimization service we need:
- SSH access to your server (including your host and MySQL IP addresses, the username and the password);
- Access to your server control panel and database manager;
- Access to your Magento administration panel (login and password).
Before we start actual performance work we have to study your store and server thoroughly. Our engineers will have a close look at your setup: server hardware and operation system, installed software and its versions, store setup and performance techniques which are already applied.
